Custom Designs

Combine your inspirations with the skills of our expert designers to create your own concho.

• All custom designs have a minimum order quantity of 600 conchos.
• A mandatory $600 mold and design fee must be paid before samples are created.
• After samples are approved, we will provide a quote for the cost of production. A 50% deposit of this quote is required to proceed to production (9-10 weeks).
• Shipping your finished product will take 3-4 weeks by sea or 4-5 days by air. Shipping fees will be paid by the customer.

To begin the custom concho design and ordering process, please fill out the form below with the following information in the comment section*:

• The company or customer's full physical address.
• A text or image description of the concho you would like created. Be as specific as possible.
• The dimensions/size of the concho (mm).
• The concho finish. Please refer to our website to see available finished.
• The concho type (screwback/slotted/flat).

*The ordering process will not begin until all the information above is included in your request.
