It makes decorating much much easier.
The wand has a somewhat sticky tip on one end that really picks up REGULAR/ HOTFIX as well as PEARL CABOCHONS ESPECIALLY WITH TINY ONES very very easily! And the slanted back end is PERFECT FOR POSITIONING for GLUING or SORTING.
There's also a rubbing tray for the wand tip (eventually the tip will get somewhat deformed and you just rub it around inside the tray to reshape it).
